I have been a qualified Bowen Therapy practitioner since 2003. I see a wide range of people from birth to elderly, presenting with a wide range of conditions. I use assessment throughout the session to target the primary cause of dysfunction. Small Bowen moves can be made through light clothing across fascia (soft tissue) and muscles, to regain symmetry in the body reducing pain and restriction and restoring movement.
